Easy access from I-95
From the North or South take exit 5B (Rt 141 North), follow Rt 141 to Exit 4, follow service road to W. Justis St. (Route 4 west) and turn left under Rt 141.
Follow Route 4 approx. 1.1 miles and the First State Plaza will be on your left
From the Delaware Memorial Bridge, After exiting the bridge Follow I-295 towards I-95 South, you will see signs for Route 141 North then follow directions above once on Route 141
